I'm missing rewards, what do I do?

Rewards will be updated a minimum of 24-48 hrs after your purchase. If you're an Online Shopper, our rewards will only show once your order has been shipped. If you've checked and you are still missing rewards, please contact our Simone Rewards Program Customer Service Team at support@simone-perele.com.au 

If you made a qualifying transaction but chose to remain anonymous (e.g., did not provide your email address at the time of the transaction and checked out as a guest), it is not possible to retrospectively add the transaction to your Simone Rewards account.
