What if I return a purchase? Will that be deducted from my Rewards account?

When making a return, Rewards are deducted from a Simone Rewards Program Member’s profile.

Simply put, if you return an item this amount will come off your total spend count. Simone Rewards are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash, currency or credit.
