That's totally ok. Best thing to do is Contact Support and we can find the card for you and re-send the email.
Submit a Request and be sure to include the following information:
- The email address the gift voucher was sent to.
- The email address registered to the account the voucher was ordered from.
- The value of the gift voucher.
