I have received a faulty item, what can I do?

We're sorry this has happened.

There are two options:

  1. Contact Us via webform
  2. Go into any store and speak with a consultant about the issue. Be sure to bring the item.

  

HOW TO START AN ONLINE REQUEST

  1. Contact us by clicking the button on the top right of this screen - this will open up a Contact Form.
  2. Call 1800 PERELE (1800 737 343) in Australia Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm AEST. If you are calling outside of Australia, please call +61 3 9344 1681.

 

WHAT TO TELL US

  1. If possible, take a photo of the fault with as much detail as possible and upload that to the contact form (you can submit several photos).
  2. Tell us how long you have had the item and where you bought it from
