Where can I return my item if I bought it online?

Online returns are best returned to our warehouse via the Returns label that you received in your original package. If you have misplaced your returns label, just contact support and we'll send you a new one to print out and put on your package.

You can also bring your item back to a Simone Pérèle store if you bought it online - but you can only exchange it for an item that is same value or more.

If you require a refund, you can only return the item to our online store using the prepaid label. 

Currently, these three stores below accept online returns:

You cannot return items to David Jones or a Simone Pérèle Direct outlet.

 RETURNS OVERVIEW

  • If you have purchased an item in a Boutique, you can only return it to a boutique. 
  • If you have purchased an item in David Jones, you can only return it to David Jones.
  • If you have purchased an item in an Outlet (Simone Pérèle Direct), you can only return it to an outlet.
  • If you have purchased an item Online,
    • You can return it online (via post)
    • You can return it to a Boutique store but you only exchange if the item has the same value or more
    • If you require a refund you can only return the item to our online store
